Getting Started

If gambling is causing problems in your life—whether financial, relational, professional, or emotional—treatment can help. Signs include trying unsuccessfully to stop, lying about gambling, chasing losses, or feeling distressed about your gambling behavior. We offer free consultations to help determine if our program is right for you.

The admissions process begins with a confidential consultation to understand your situation and determine if Elaris is the right fit. We'll discuss your gambling history, current challenges, and recovery goals. If appropriate, we'll work with you to schedule your program start date and prepare for treatment.

Yes. All treatment is completely confidential and protected by federal privacy laws (HIPAA). We take your privacy seriously and maintain strict confidentiality throughout the program and aftercare.

Insurance & Payment

Our program is built as a two-week intensive start followed by year-long coaching and support. Insurance companies typically do not cover this type of integrated, extended recovery model. Staying self-pay allows us to provide continuous, personalized care without insurance limitations or disruptions.

For detailed pricing information and payment options, please contact us directly. We're happy to discuss the investment in your recovery and any questions you may have about the financial aspects of treatment.

Elaris offers several unique features:

  • Cohort-based continuity with peers who start together

  • Twice the clinical contact of standard PHP/IOP programs

  • Private accommodations (no roommates)

  • Real-world integration with phone and device access

  • 1-year structured aftercare with mobile app support

  • Standardized, evidence-based curriculum

Recovery & Support

Relapse doesn't mean failure—it's part of the learning process for many people. Treatment helps you understand triggers, build coping strategies, and get back on track without shame or punishment. Our year-long aftercare program provides ongoing support to navigate challenges.

Our comprehensive 1-year aftercare program includes:

  • 24/7 access to a mobile app and online platform

  • Weekly group sessions with flexible scheduling

  • Direct access to gambling specialists

  • Daily check-ins and progress tracking

  • Evidence-based lessons and crisis tools

  • Supportive peer community

  • Family and loved-one resources

Gambling addiction rarely exists in isolation. Our clinical staff addresses underlying issues that fuel the behavior, including anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, chronic shame and guilt, family conflict, relationship issues, and chronic stress and burnout. Effective recovery requires treating both the addiction and its root causes.
